Canon D-Rebel XS Kit down to $475
When Canon Xs (1000D) was first introduced, I was against this camera because the price difference was so small with the Xsi (450D) which has some advantages over its younger brother. But now things has changed and the price difference is almost up to $200 which is a significant amount for many people.
At $475 including the 18-55 IS, this camera is a steal. I would choose it over Xsi any time. For a detailed comparison, read our post here.
